Kellem has spent more than 15 years engaging stakeholders, including private, public, and nonprofit organizations to advance sustainability. Her ability to develop, facilitate, and implement practical, cross-cutting solutions is built from her diverse experience across industries. Kellem’s career to date includes leadership roles focused on integrating data-driven, applied-research solutions to corporate sustainability strategies; energy efficiency-driven market transformation in the US and Canadian industrial sectors; and regional planning to achieve economic growth while prioritizing environmental and societal progress.
