Dr. Sara Marquart is a food chemist who did her Ph.D. work about the formation of bitter tastants during the roasting of coffee. Ager her Ph.D., she was the Lead Project Manager at the Deutsches Museum, realizing the Cosmos Coffee exhibition. Currently she is working as the Head of Flavor at Coffee Excellence Center at ZHAW Wadenswill.
