How to Register

World Coffee Leaders Forum Registration is divided into two types: Pre-Registration, and On-site Registration. It may close early on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact the organizing committee.

Pre-Registration

※ Select the programs you will attend(Global Session, Professional Session, etc.). Then complete the payment for your registration.
※ After the pre-registration deadline, online registration is not available, and the onsite registration fee will be applied when registering at the venue.
※ Participants are available to check the whole status of their registration at ‘My Registration’ page.
※ Participants can login ‘My registration’, after finishing online registration and paying for it.
※ Participants can change their personal information but should register again to change the registration status.
※ For group participants and wish to pay at once are requested to send an e-mail to WCLF Organizing Committee.(info@wclforum.org )
※ If you are a SCA member and are eligible for the SCA member discount, you can only pay for bank transfer and please send corresponding confirmation information to WCLF Organizing Committee via e-mail(info@wclforum.org ).

If you transfer the remittance listed in INVOICE sent to your e-mail address, the Organizing Committee will proceed with your registration after confirmation of payment.
※ If you make payment by credit card, registration/payment confirmation will be sent to you via email within a week upon making the appropriate payment.
※ If you decide payment by bank transfer, invoice will be sent to you via e-mail within a week.
※ For bank transfer, the remittance charge must be paid by the participant and a copy of the remittance receipt should be sent to the Organizing Committee via e-mail with the participant’s name.
※ Bank transfer fees are your responsibility.
※ You may check your registration status after completing the payment.
※ An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon completion of registration.
※ In case you need to change any information for the registration, please contact WCLF Organizing Committee via e-mail.

Refund Policy

※ The registrant is responsible for any fee incurred during the refund process.
※ If a participant needs to cancel his/her registration due to visa refusal, 75% of the total fee will be granted. Document of proof is required.
※ Refund request must be submitted to the World Coffee Leaders Forum organizing committee via email - info@wclforum.org
※ All refunds will be processed after the 2022 forum closes.

Letter of Invitation

An official invitation letter will be sent by the Chair of the World Coffee Leaders Forum Organizing Committee upon request. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must first complete the registration process. In order to receive a hard copy of the invitation letter, a requester should disburse USD 30 for postage at onsite registration desk.
