How to Register

Register for WCF 2026 online (early) or on-site. Tickets may sell out on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration recommended for guaranteed participation.

  • 1-Day Pass for Cafe Show Seoul: Valid for one day during the event period. You may choose between Business Day and Public Day.
  • 4-Day Pass for Cafe Show Seoul: Grants unrestricted access to all four days of the event, including both Business and Public Days.
  • Business Day admission requires a business card verifying your company affiliation.

Pre-Registration

※ Please select your preferred sessions and complete payment to finalize your registration.

※ Once registration is submitted, changes to your selected programs cannot be made. Please choose carefully.

※ Participants are available to check the whole status of their registration at ‘My Registration’ page.

※ Participants can login ‘My registration’, after finishing online registration and paying for it.

※ Only basic participant details can be edited online. For other changes, please cancel and re-register.

※ After the early bird period, online registration only on-site registration will be available at regular pricing.

※ For group registrations of 2 or more people, please send an E-mail to Organizing Committee before submitting your registration. E-mail: info@wclforum.org

※ Refunds are impossible after November 8, 2026 to facilitate proper program setup for confirmed attendees.

Letter of Invitation

An official invitation letter will be sent by the Chair of the World Coffee Leaders Forum Organizing Committee upon request. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must first complete the registration process. In order to receive a hard copy of the invitation letter, a requester should disburse USD 30 for postage at onsite registration desk.
