Paulo Ferreira: 3rd Generation in coffee production in Brazil started as a coffee farmer and still hold the 2ha land of Organic and Fairtrade Coffee in South Minas in partnership with his father and brother.
As his family lives in the main coffee producer region in Brazil, Paulo got a degree in Coffee Technology from the Federal Institute of South Minas and began working in the commercial department of a Fairtrade and Organic cooperative in Brazil.
There as commercial manager, he was able to implement projects focused on increasing highest quality coffee production and in direct exportation. Paulo has a Master’s degree in International Trade Management and Human Resources and Team Development.
Since February 2022, he joined CLAC Fairtrade as Coffee Commercial Manager to support and help all Latin American Fairtrade producers to promote their personal histories, excellent fieldwork and amazing coffees.
